Jim graduated from University College Dublin and returned to Northern Ireland. He founded Sheridan & Leonard Solicitors with Seamus in 1989 and has established himself as a highly skilled litigator in all areas of civil law. He acts in both defence litigation for insurance companies and commercial clients and for plaintiffs in personal injury claims involving accidents at work, road traffic accidents, tripping accidents, actions against public authorities and medical negligence actions. Jim has also completed the National Institute for Trial Advocacy's Advanced Advocacy course and regularly appears in both the County Court and High Court.
